Përshkrim Edukimi i të rinjve mbetet, në ditët e sotme, një proces i vështirë si për familjen ashtu edhe për shkollën. Për shkak të faktorëve të ndryshëm, ka një sërë mangësish që kanë sjellë problematika në sistemin edukues të fëmijëve në shoqërinë shqiptare.
Sociologu Gëzim Tushi tregon se instrumentet që përdoren për edukimin e të rinjve janë të vjetra e për pasojë nuk mund të funksionojnë. Gjithashtu, ai vendos theksin se vetëm një revolucion edukativ do ta përmirësonte situatën, ku prindërit duhet të tregohen më tolerantë, duke pranuar faktin që kohërat kanë ndryshuar. Sipas tij edhe një pjesë e mësuesve kanë mungesë kapacitetesh dhe njohurish, çka ndikon negativisht në procesin e edukimit.
